Course Overview

Improvement efforts often focus on driving change in a specific program area or project as part of efforts to reach longer-term outcomes. Yet, to work with the increasing scale, depth and complexity needed to make a sustainable impact towards these outcomes, improvement practices must move from singular projects to an organization’s way of working.

Sustain and Advance Improvement & Learning (SAIL) condenses decades of learning from large-scale improvement initiatives to provide your team with a practical framework and strategies to embed a culture of improvement and learning. Your team will assess where on the continuum of improvement you currently are and identify strengths and growth areas to sustain and advance your organizations capacity to improve. Ultimately, your team will create a plan to proactively create a sustainable culture that continuously improves towards important long-term outcomes.
